What is  Career it's stages

Career :- A career is a sequence of positions in which an individuals choose their occupation or profession during the course of lifetime, which they engage in over a significant period of their life and may involve advancement and progress through a hierarchy of positions. career comprises of a series of work related activities that provide continuity order and meaning to a person's life. 

a career is often characterized by long term commitment to spacific field, and it may include opportunities for growth, skill development and personal fullfilment. 

the term career can also encompass a series of related jobs roles or positions held by an individual overtime. as they seek to build a fullfilment and successful working life. 

Stages of career

There are five career stages most of us have gone or will go through these five stages. 

1. Exploration 

2. Establishment 

3. Mid Career stage

4. Late career 

5. Decline stage

1. Exploration :- Exploration is starting stage of career journey it usually happens during High School college and involve researching different career options interest and skills identify potential career path in this stage. We learn from our teachers friends and relatives, families and our own past experiences and our parents safe help the person to move further. 

2.Establishment :-  Establishment it is second stage of career in which and individual search for a work or start his own business. we can also say that it is experimental career stage where everyone learn something new skill, experience used and learn skill as well as they come at mistake and learn from them with the help of the focus on building skill gain experience and establishing themselves and their chosen field. 

3.Mid career stage:- It is third stage of career after establishment individual reaches. they are made career stage where he walks the field which had chosen and second stage of career and individual work to improve performance continuously there is no chance to make mistake because he has good experience from past in the related field, there are major challenges such as remain productive at work which have to face by an individual in this stage

4.Let career :- This is 4th stage of the career stage on completion of mid career stage, it starts this stage is a pleasant stage because individual no longer try to do out of his level of performance from previous years in this stage an individual enjoys playing a part of the elder status person he guides youngester.

5.Decline stage :-  This is fifth and final stage of the career where an individual takes retirement from his jobs and work. Person enjoys their last years of the age.
