3. Google account web and app activity:- This is the place exist inside of the setting here google mange your all search history  if you want to see and delete it you must go inside of the setting of the google account manage, then you will have to go on data and privacy in the google account then you will have to press web and app activity, then you will get you history.  

4. Chrome Tab ;- In this place google does not save your search history it self until you permit google to open you search page in google chrome, once you permit to open in the google chrome  it will save in chrome Tab.
