Communication is next to Oxygen and water for the existence of whole societies be brave the gap in our understanding and create harmonious relations through the communication.
If we talk about the word communication it has been derived from the Latin word communist which means common consequently it implies that the common communication is common understanding through communication of Minds and hearts the common understanding results not only through transfer of Information and idea but also from transmission of attitude.
There are two or more person needed for the communication sometimes one person conduct communication with himself when he talks himself and replies the answer to himself.

The process of passing information and understanding from one person to an another it is essentially a bridge of meaning between the people by using the bridge a person can safely cross the river of misunderstanding.

1.Completeness - communicator should Include all the necessary information in the communication. Ensure that message is comprehensive and addresses, all relevant points, avoiding any gaps in the information provided. It provides Clear Understanding.
2.conciseness - conciseness is one of the important point the communicator must mind that, Avoid unnecessary details or repetition, so the message is clear and doesn't overwhelm the recipient.
3.consideration - Making sure that your message flows logically and is well-organized. Connect ideas and thoughts in a way that the recipient can easily follow and understand the message's context.
4. concreteness - Using specific and tangible information in your communication. Provide facts, examples, and details to make your message more tangible and credible.
5. clarity - Ensuring that your message is clear and easy to understand. Avoid ambiguity and use simple language to convey your ideas and thoughts effectively.
6. correctness - Ensuring that your communication is accurate and free from errors. Check for grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy before sharing your message.
7. courtesy - Being polite, respectful, and considerate in your communication. Show empathy and maintain a positive tone to foster a healthy and productive interaction with the recipient
