2.Intuition :- Understanding of the problem which need decision making process starts from decision makers intuition. It is characterized by inner feeling of the decision maker. Decision maker takes a decision on the behalf of his conscious he thinks about the problem in his mind and answer is found in his mind itself in this technique preferences and psychological makeup past knowledge training and experience all are plays vital roll in decision making process it is a very important and effect to techniques for decision making.
